I started training with Fred a little over 2 years ago. I knew him before he was a personal trainer and saw how his hard work paid off. I came in with some goals that I wanted to reach. I have always had issues with trying to get bigger and stronger, everything that I had tried in the past didn't work. I explained my goals to Fred and he came up with a program that focused on my particular needs. It was hard work but I did reach my goals of getting bigger and stronger.
